FAQ.
Should I rent or buy?
Rent if you are still testing what sells, it is a small monthly fee and you can stop whenever. Buy if the shop is already earning and you would rather not pay monthly: the same bot works out cheaper after roughly seven months. You can switch from renting to owning later and we credit what you have paid so far.
What happens if I stop paying?
The bot stops answering, nothing is deleted. Your products, orders and customers sit safely for 30 days, so paying again brings the shop straight back with everything in place. Ask for an export before that window closes and you keep the data regardless.
Is my shop data mixed with other sellers?
No. Every shop is walled off from every other one, and nothing crosses between them. Send the bot a backup command and it hands you a zip of your products, orders, customers and settings; JSON to restore from, CSV to open in a spreadsheet. That is free on every plan, and you can restore it yourself.
Is my bot token safe with you?
The token is encrypted where it is stored and never written to logs. You created the bot in @BotFather, so the account stays on your Telegram, revoke the token there and our access ends the same second. The bot username is yours too, not a shared one.
What stack do you build bots in?
Python; aiogram or python-telegram-bot with Postgres or SQLite underneath, deployed via webhooks on Railway or your own VPS. Boring, proven choices that run for years without babysitting.
Can it accept crypto automatically?
Yes. Binance Pay and USDT (TRC20 / BEP20) with automatic verification: the bot watches for the exact amount and note or checks on-chain, credits the wallet within 1–2 minutes, and delivers the order. No screenshots, no manual approvals.
Do I need my own server?
No. We deploy to Railway (roughly $5/month, billed to your account) or to any VPS you already own. Either way it runs 24/7 with auto-restart, and you hold the keys.
Who owns the bot afterwards?
You do. The bot lives on your Telegram account under your own username either way. Buy the source code add-on and you also get the full repo, the database and a walkthrough video, no studio lock-in.
Can you add features later?
Yes. Every build ships with 30–60 days of included fixes, and after that you can extend on a small monthly care plan or book one-off feature sprints. Most shop-bot clients add referrals or freebies in month two.
How fast can we launch?
Starter bots ship inside a week. A full shop or subscription bot is 2 to 3 weeks including live payment testing. Platforms are scoped bottom-up, but you will be clicking a test bot by day three regardless.
